Trust and data
- What does a person see, and what does only the system see?
- Who is responsible for the data, and where is it physically stored?
- Does the system identify a specific person? (The right answer is no.)
- When are recordings deleted, and who confirms it?
- What will we tell the workforce in the first week, and who will say it?
Effectiveness
- What was accuracy measured on, and how many false alarms are there per day?
- Do we count progress from go-live, or from after the system has learned the site?
- Do we count per unit of activity or in absolute numbers?
- Who can change the system's settings, and does that show in the report?
- How will a settings change show up on the chart?
