In short

Surveily detects safety risks on existing IP CCTV with pre-trained computer vision.Detections are grouped into families: PPE, area control, vehicles, behaviour, ergonomics, housekeeping and critical alerts. Each camera runs the detections its view can support, chosen during onboarding. Near-misses are recorded automatically: a vehicle too close to a person or a step into the line of fire becomes an event, with no form to fill in.

How it works

How detections are chosen for your site

  1. 01

    Assess

We review a still from every camera. We tell you which detections each view can support before anything is set up.

  2. 02

    Select

You choose detections per camera, based on your risk register and incident history.

  3. 03

    Calibrate

We tune zones and thresholds on your own footage. The calibration target is agreed before the pilot and checked openly.

  4. 04

    Measure

We measure a baseline before go-live, then again at three, six and twelve months.

What our customers say

European sites in heavy industry, chemicals and building materials, all running Surveily on the cameras they already had. No new hardware went in.

“
Surveily AI solutions have significantly supported our safety efforts - particularly in preventing near-miss incidents involving forklifts, maintaining order on vehicle routes and pedestrian pathways, and eliminating the use of mobile phones in restricted areas. The system provides us with real-time insight into on-site activities and enables quick response to potential hazards. It’s a tangible improvement in both operational visibility and our safety culture, which we highly value.

“
Employee safety is our top priority - especially in the demanding environment of chemical manufacturing. Implementing Surveily’s systems significantly enhanced our oversight in critical areas. Their cutting-edge technology enables faster threat detection and real-time data analysis, resulting in a measurable improvement in workplace safety. We value Surveily’s professionalism and are proud to partner with them in building a work environment that meets the highest industry standards.

“
We gained significantly better visibility and control over our expansive industrial site. Their innovative monitoring technology allowed us to effectively track vehicle movement and reduce hazardous driver behavior - particularly regarding the use of personal protective equipment and adherence to speed limits. As a result, we’ve enhanced safety for everyone working on-site. We firmly believe that partnering with Surveily is an investment that delivers tangible safety benefits.

Questions about the catalogue

Can you detect something that is not on this list?

Sometimes. Custom detections are a paid project. We tell you first whether the behaviour can be reliably detected on your cameras.

How is a near-miss defined?

By the zones, distances and time limits you set for each camera. A vehicle getting too close to a person, or a step into the line of fire, becomes a near-miss event once it crosses the values agreed during calibration.

Do all detections run on every camera?

No. Each camera runs only the detections that fit its view and its risks. Running everything everywhere creates alert fatigue.

Does the catalogue grow?

Yes. New detections are added over time.
